Worst tax filing I have ever gone through! I will NEVER go through HR Block again! No notifications, taxes were late. And it's going to charge money for all the horrendous service they didn't provide
Been going here for years. 2 out of 3 people I got were very friendly and helpful, whole staff gives good customer service. One tax preparer basically had no personality, but still did a good job, just no small talk! I like the guarantee and the option to take a loan out on return. Did get audited once and was glad had their backup.
