Friendly repeat service. Had to make a few trips to get the job done but was well worth it to have my kitchen set and in great working order.
I spoke with a customer service person concerning the repair of a broken part on our dishwasher. The part had to be ordered first and then I had to call again once it arrived. I was given a date and the ridiculous time window of 8 hrs. My husband stayed home and no one showed up. I called and they said nothing was scheduled. They agreed I had called but since I hadn't received a confirmation email it wasn't scheduled.

That is outrageous customer service-Expecting someone to lose a whole day and giving a customer a date and not scheduling it!! Then my husband had to lose another whole day.
