When you finally reach someone, they will not tell you anything about the process. They decide to leave out the fact that you are to arrive 15 minutes early with a photo ID. They decide not to tell you that if you are two minutes late, you will not be allowed to speak with your loved one.
If you arrive one minute late, you are greeted by an empty desk again. You will wait in silence for roughly eight minutes until an officer decides they want to speak with you. After making you wait those eight minutes, they will stare at their watch for 30 seconds and then inform you that you are nine minutes late and will not be speaking with your loved one today. Even though nobody informed you of anything... that won't stop them from being extremely rude and talking to you like you are one of their inmates, just because you are a few minutes late. They do not care about you. They believe their inmates do not deserve visits. They will make it as difficult as possible for you to visit your loved one, in their time of need, around the holidays...just for kicks. I wish you the best of luck.

An extremely poorly run facility. If you wish to visit a friend or family member, I will tell you about the process, since nobody else will. Contact them within the hours of 12 and 2 on Friday if you wish to make a visit on Saturday. Hopefully, someone will answer your call. Nobody was at the desk when I called at 12:01 and their voicemail informed me visits cannot be scheduled through voicemail. Let me say that again. Nobody was at the desk to answer my call during the only two hours you are allowed to schedule an appointment.
