Great people, they care about your "kids"
Very friendly, welcoming staff. The lobby is bright and clean, no pet odor. I’ve never had to wait long, even when they have squeezed me in at the last minute. They give great care to my dog. The staff is knowledgeable about the products they have available for purchase. I’m extremely satisfied with the service they provide. I highly recommend!!
Way too expensive!
Don't waste your time or money! Wow, I have had many pets and many vets over the years and am so very disappointed! Extremely expensive. They charge you a forty dollars office visit Everytime you are there. I was literally there 3 weeks ago and was just getting a booster shot (mind you flthe ones they insisted I must have before they would fix my cats) and they charged me an office fee for both cats! That's 160 dollars worth of office visit fees in one month! Not only are they expensive but staff is condescending as well. Apparently being someone who asked questions and wants to know prices of things marks you as a bad pet owner. Once my cats are fixed I will never go back! On the other hand they are good with the pets so there is that. But there a plenty of vets who are good with pets and won't rip you off in the process! Lesson learned!
